Formed back in 1989, Neil Hannon’s The Divine Comedy have remained one of the most loved and respected Irish bands of the last three decades.
With a total of eleven studio albums under their belt, five reaching the top 20 in the UK’s album charts, Hannon has proven himself to be one of the most captivating and enigmatic frontmen working today. As well as his stunning repertoire in The Divine Comedy, he has also made contributions to the soundtrack of TV series’ ‘Life On Mars’ and ‘Doctor Who’, as well as the hit 2005 feature film ‘The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy’. The band have made notable live appearances at Reading & Leeds and V Festival in recent years, and also released their first live DVD ‘Live At The Palladium’ alongside the Millennia Ensemble in 2004.
