Founded by Lorraine Long, who has over a decade’s PR experience across an extremely diverse range of areas within the music industry and associated sectors – including artist and catalogue PR, awards PR, charity event PR, brand PR (music specific), festival PR and magazine PR. Her specialisation is online publicity. She’s spent the last 8 years honing the craft at Charmfactory, before that she was at Incubator PR. She also has 1st class BSc (Hons) degree in Hospitality Management from Dublin Institute of Technology (D.I.T.) but that’s another story!

Passion is her driving force. She has an incredible fervor to achieve the best results for the artists and clients she represents.

Some of her most recent online PR campaigns include: breakthrough artist of 2017 Rag’n’Bone Man who’s debut album ‘Human’ reached the #1 spot in the album charts and has now sold over 1 million albums in the UK alone and won multiple awards including several Brit Awards (Critics Choice and Best Breakthrough Act 2017 and British Single 2018 ‘Human’), BBC Music Award for Album of the Year 2017, Q Award ‘Best Breakthrough Act’ (2017).

Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Bird’s
latest album ‘Who Built The Moon?’ which debuted at #1 in the UK charts and was Noel’s 10th consecutive #1 album and his first to be shortlisted for the Mercury Prize.

Everything Everything’s critically acclaimed forth album release ‘A Fever Dream’ and her forth in succession with the band. They have worked together since their debut album release ‘Man Alive’. 2018, yet again saw Everything Everything shortlisted for the Mercury Prize, as well as two Ivor Novello nominations.   

In January 2018 she helped launch NHS Blood and Transplant’s Date2Donate campaign. The campaign’s focus was to encourage young people to make a regular Date2Donate to give blood. They did this by teaming up with some familiar faces from the world of entertainment, to create a series of videos sharing their experiences of giving blood and encourage friends, family and loved ones come together on a regular basis to make a difference through giving blood. The campaign reached over 7 million peopled aided by a diverse mix of online media coverage from BBC, NME to GRM Daily to Cosmopolitan. The campaign was highlighted in a feature in PR Week about pubic sector comms plans.

On the catalogue side of things she most recently worked on OASIS’s Be Here Now album re-issue which won NME’s re-issue of the year award 2017.

Inspired by one of her artist’s own fight with cancer (he’s now fully recovered), Lorraine has curated and organised a series of charity gigs with the incredible help of Steve Tilley and the team at Kilimanjaro. Stand Up To Cancer at Union Chapel launched in Feb 2016 with the main aim of raising funds for lifesaving cancer research. Some of the acts involved have included: Laura Mvula, Kodaline, James Morrison, Jamie Lawson, Dagny and Seafret. To date the gigs have raised over £25,000 for SU2C and Lorraine was named Cancer Research UK’s Flame of Hope awards ‘Pioneer of the Year’ 2017. Stand Up To Cancer is a joint national fundraising campaign from Cancer Research UK and Channel 4. Launched in the UK in 2012, more than £38 million has been raised in the UK, supporting more than 30 clinical trials and projects.

Lorraine is also part of the Tileyard Education’s tutor network and is currently mentoring a student as part of their MA Industry Mentoring programme.

New and emerging talent is something she thrives working with.
